Contracts

e-Signature

Legally binding electronic execution of an agreement, with the signing order, identity and timestamp recorded.

The mechanics that matter operationally are sequential routing — signers in an enforced order — and sealing, where the executed version becomes an immutable record that cannot diverge from what was agreed.

For incentive programmes execution should also be the trigger: only an executed agreement should be able to accrue.
